Shall Be Released: Distant Sky by Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds (Live Concert Film)

Oh my God, I was hoping for something like this and here it is already! We are all going back to cinemas on 12th April for one night only. Which is the trick he put on Skeleton Tree/One More Time With Feeling album/doco two years ago. Now after Push The Sky Away studio album we did get Live At KCRW live album but if he did something live or some kind-of live released after every album now I would lap it all up, no problem at all.

I did put together a mobile phone YouTube post of his tour late last year linked here but this is going to be better than that! David Barnard, the director of this new film seems to be just a concert film director and in the past has done Radiohead, Gorillaz, Björk etc. So that’s my Friday blog post because saying I can’t wait is just a bit of understatement!
