Playlist: Where I Was In… 1997?

Do you know seven is after six? Can you count? Sometimes forget how too! I am trying now to think of something to say after yesterday doing the year before. It’s the first time I’m putting these in order and stuffing up my random, all over the place order. Oh no, I did the two early 90’s playlist a week or two ago in the year by year right order. WTF are you talking about? I don’t know? Do you? Shut up and say something relating to this post, OK?

Another great year for indie rock and just music in general but no double ups this year. The Aussie is at the start and almost the end too, mixed in more than some of the other playlists. Maybe, the year of the freak with couple of Aussie acts with that theme in lyrics etc. It seems David Lynch related songs features here a bit with three tracks from Lost Highway soundtrack, sorry I couldn’t cut it down anymore than this plus even a song named after his 1990 movie Wild At Heart‘s bad guy Bobby Peru too! Way more techno, remix, dance music and cross-overs or ones I dig this year. Hope you do enjoy if you press play!
