Theme for Song Lyric Sunday this weekend was seconds/minutes/hours but because I just can’t pick one of the three, you can? or just listen to all three!

This week’s feature image is American metal band with the Russia army! I did seen a news story in the last week or so about footy fans are missing watching games because it’s in Russia, oh boo-hoo! But who remember’s in the 90’s when the Iron Curtain fell and that place got a western metal festival but security guys was the Russia army, by all accounts it was pure insane!
